I'm not sure if this is a feature request or something I'm not understanding.
First I'd like to be able to send emails to our technicians and supervisors based on some of the survey results. I'm not seeing any action rules or processes to accomplish this.
Second, right now as far as I can tell the survey results are pretty useless. Is it possible to run a report on the surveys that gives us clean results? Anything better than my current process of exporting the TSV and playing with the results in excel?
