Hey guys, I'm setting up the web help desk at the moment on a server they've provisioned me here at [redacted]. I was getting the above error on the web help desk when I tried to start it. The server is an x64 windows server 2003 set on a virtual appliance and since TCP/IP filtering isn't set internally the ports (TCP 8081 and TCP 1433) are open. Is there some other setting I've missed that I need to change in order to get the page to resolve, it won't appear both internally at 127.0.0.1:8081 or remotely through the internal IP.
