I used to use the bb_config.xml modification to allow techs to put in the word ticket or FAQ in a note and if it was followed by a number it would create a link to that FAQ or ticket. I can't find this file or an equivalent in the new 12.2 upgrade. Does anyone know how to put this functionality back?
