I am looking to see if there is a way that WHD can automatically create an e-mail and send when I change the status type. What I am dioing is creating a ticket that passes around different techs within my immediate area, and once we have completed all of our work, I need to have a e-mail automaticall created and the latest tech note inserted into the body that is then sent off to a different support area that does not have access to the WHD system so that they can completed their part of the process. They would then send a reply back to an address that we have set up for this type of job.
Hope this makes some sort of sense
