Good morning everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had a "Client" how-to guide, going over the buttons, interface, etc. of the client end within Web Help Desk. And, if possible a basic "Tech" guide going over tickets (opening, closing, responding). I will begin my efforts in drafting my own documents shortly, however. I wanted to see if any active community member has already taken these steps to where I could minimize my efforts in fully creating said documents.
Please note, I have reviewed the product support and resources pages, including the Documentation/ Videos sections, they are lacking in what I am looking for unless I completely missed a 1-3 page PDF outlining these simple overviews.
