I have a report setup that e-mails me at the beginning of each month that shows me the number of tickets opened by each company and then separated by location for that company.
How can I have it shows me the same data, but comparing multiple months? I want to be able to see a trend from January - March to see if a particular company is trending more or fewer tickets per month and have this continue growing as the year progresses.
Any way to do this in a single report without having to massage it in Excel?
