We don't assign tickets to individual technicians, however I'm looking to collect technician metrics. I can quite easily capture 'Tickets opened by technician', and 'Tickets updated by technician', but Im struggling to collect 'Tickets closed by technician'.
The data is quite visible within the ticket history, but I can't find any options to report on it. Does anyone else use this data, or know how I can extract it?
