I need to set up a simple approval process.
I have 1200 clients in 70 departments managed by 123 managers.
Some of the departments have multiple managerial approvers.
All I am attempting to do is create a simple approval process and reading the notes I dont think I can do this, unless one you could guide me.
Here is an example of what I want to do.
Joe Admin - Requests - I need a new Iphone
Joe raises the request - But this needs approval by his line manager.
I just simply want the request to go to his line manager to approve then come back to the service desk to provision the request.
is there a simple way of doing this.
