Hello.
I am looking for a way to automatically send out an email alert/notification to Technicians when an asset is past due on a maintenance check. I noticed a way to create a process to email Technicians based off the asset custom field, however this is not useful since it cannot read off the custom field as it changes. Does anyone have any ideas?
