Separate groups for techs in WHD

I am trying to find out if there is way to have separate tech groups within WHD.  We have student help desks in our high schools and would like to not have them in our main tech list to make it easier when assigning tickets.  I already have it set up where they can not assign to the main techs but would like to have them separate all together but still in the same system.  Does anyone know if this is possible?
