I am trying to produce a report from the help desk system that highlights the tickets submitted per user/client but I cannot select Client as the category for the report??
I want to produce a report where I can select a specific client then report on the top 5, 10 or 20 request types they submit, Management can then use this to identify training needs for specific individuals.
Does anyone know how I can produce a report like this using WHD? The only way I can figure it out is to export the data and produce a report using excel, it would be nice to have a saved report I can run when asked.
