We have about 20,000 assets in our installation of Web Help Desk. About 4,000 of those were discovered by Lansweeper. The rest were imported into the WHD sql db by myself using vbscript. I tried to cover every table change required by obviously I've missed something.
Those assets added through a discovery connection to Lansweeper seem perfect. Those imported by me work fine with the exception of the "Location" field when viewing an individual asset. it is not a dropdown or interactive field of any kind. It is just text.
Does anyone have an idea what I may have missed?
