After upgrading to latest version of WHD when I attach a file to the ticket it all looks good but if I click on the link on the web portal or email it cant find the file?
this was working before the upgrade !
just comes up with page can't be displayed
here is a copy of the link it is trying to contact
it all looks good apart from the download?dl=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx as I don't recognise the string ?
Hope someone can help
