Adding Printers using WHD Discovery Engine (WMI)

Hi All,

I am trying to set-up assets in our WebHelpDesk System. I am using the WHD Discovery Engine and workstations are discovered without any issue. But when it comes to Printers and ESX hosts, even though I have added the separate credentials for the printers and ESX hosts, the search engine is not recognising any assets in that IP range. It recognise only the workstations. I am just wondering is there something I missed?
